Rick is a retired physician who has been an avid wine lover all of his adult life. He is a member of the Society of Wine Educators, author of a book on Wine Service for Wait Staff and Wine Lovers, and currently teaches wine appreciation and wine and food pairing classes to adult learners. He regularly conducts wine dinners in area restaurants as well as helps select wines and wine and food pairings for regional charity fundraisers.
