2 servings pasta salad purchased at the grocery store or deli
2 tsp Cool Curry Spice blend
2 tbl light olive oil
½ cup yogurt, ½ cup mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise or ½ cup vinegar and oil (about 1:1 – 1:3 ratio)
Sauté spice blend in 2 tbl olive oil for 2 minutes over LOW heat.
Blend into yogurt, mayonnaise or ½ cup vinegar and oil mixture.
Mix dressing into the pasta salad. The dressing also works well on green salads.
