Ingredients for ½ cup sauce
½ cup Greek-style, full milk yogurt
½ tbl Cool Southwestern Spice Blend
Salt and white pepper to taste
Place yogurt into a bowl and mix spice blend into it. Add salt and white pepper to taste.
Optional: Use over vegetables such as green beans, roasted peppers, canned beans, broccoli, cauliflower, squash, diced tomatoes, peas, and carrots etc., and stir.
Carnivore optional: Like a chicken, ham or tuna salad, add chopped rotisserie chicken, ham slices (2), or a small can of chunked chicken to the sauce and stir.
